“Platina Law Chambers” founder partner, Gunjan Chaubey, is a law graduate from BHU, one of the premier law schools in India and completed the Master in Business Administration from Pondicherry University. He handles commercial and public law litigation, arbitration and corporate advisory work of the firm and having experience of 16 years in the profession brings to the table his expertise in handling civil, commercial and criminal litigation including arbitration and arbitration related court proceedings, company law disputes including winding up petitions, shareholder disputes and issues pertaining to misfeasance of directors, civil litigation including money recovery suits, partition suits, probate proceedings, property disputes etc., land acquisition disputes, execution, slum eviction, labour issues etc and white collar crimes under the Indian Penal Code, Negotiable Instrument Act and Information Technology Act.
He has represented a wide range of clients in matters before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Central Government Industrial Tribunal.

K. N. Agarwal - Advocate is a former bank executive and former Legal Committee Member on Indian Banking Association and a law graduate from the premier institute and qualified CAIIB and is a gold medalist in PG Dip at IRPM (Gold Medal). His area of expertise is banking, financial management and cost control. In his 40 years of professional service, he has acquired several feathers in his cap and earned lot of accolades across the world.

Sandeep Kumar Singh – Advocate is a law graduate from BHU, one of the premier law schools in India.
